Hello darlings, I'm so grateful you're here!
Yoga is a deeply powerful practice. I connected with Yoga when I was trying to manage my stress, PTSD and physical pain. I turned to Yoga to help me confront my pain rather than medicate. It was the first practice that granted me relief! Yoga encouraged me to listen to my body and try to feel safe in my physical, emotional and spiritual self.
Today I lean on the wisdom of Yoga as a complete lifestyle to find moments of peace in my every day. I trust the incredible, free, intuitive tools that I have learnt through my Yoga practice to guide me in my healing and support the growth of my divine spirit.
Yoga is a life long practice. To me, its a self regulated training system which deserves to be greeted with grace, everlasting love and commitment. I treat it as the gateway to reconnecting with my soul and I'd love to share these powerful practices with you!
My goal is to encourage you to feel empowered using the ancient gifts of Yoga and trust in the powerful practices. I hope my journey resonates with you and inspires you to join me.

Our retreat home will be based in Dunsborough, WA. The luxury property is close to nature and modern. There will be 3x double rooms and 1x triple room, multiple shared bathrooms, outdoor space, an expansive kitchen and shared common spaces to enjoy.

Yoga
60 - 90 minute sessions with an emphasis on breath, mind, body, soul connection. I will give 1-on-1 attention making this a weekend for all levels.

Workshops
Daily guided practice of meditation will give you tools to help you look within and create the sense of a peaceful of mind.
Prepare for chanting and spiritual music. You will feel a deep healing through the power of energetic vibrations. Learn skills to practice at home too.
A guest teacher will host an art workshop, a community cooking session plus I will host mindful workshops all focused on enhancing your mind, body, soul connection.
